Nursing Programs Recruitment Director
About the Opportunity
As a crucial member of our team, the Nursing Programs Recruitment Director, reporting directly to the Director of Graduate Enrollment Management, plays a pivotal role in managing a prospective student portfolio throughout the entire enrollment lifecycle. These efforts, in alignment with accountabilities, conversion benchmarks, and team enrollment goals, will significantly contribute to the institution's success. Strategies will include but are not limited to significant call, text, and email conversations, new student follow-ups, coordination of transfer credit evaluations, and virtual meetings designed to attract students. Additionally, this position leads the strategy and outreach and attendance at nursing-specific college and career fairs, healthcare facility visits and recruitment, and partnership opportunities. This position is unique in that it does not involve direct management of staff; instead, we are looking for a highly autonomous individual who can operate independently, take initiative, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
The position will participate in enrollment management activities required for engaging, recruiting, and yielding students within their program and student portfolio, including the recruitment and yield activities, leading logistics for enrollment efforts, and assisting the Director with any activities that the institution schedules. The position will maintain a working knowledge of the Bouve College School of Nursing programs, represent the college at various recruitment activities, and monitor and engage the inquiry and application workflow from submission to enrollment. The position manages the design of CAS admission cycle templates, updating admission requirements, and working with the program directors to ensure a timely and effective admissions process.
This position will work with many campus entities, including Central Admissions, Communications and Marketing, Faculty, campus-wide public events, areas of Student Life, and more.
This position requires the ability to travel, both locally and nationally, including evening and weekend hours, and travel in and out of state.
