Classification Pay Scale
In compliance with SB 1162, Western University of Health Sciences is providing a pay scale for this position. The pay scale reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Within this range, the individual pay is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and work location. Please note that the compensation details listed reflects the base salary only.
Expected Pay Scale
Minimum: $85,800.00
Maximum $90,000.00
Job Summary
The Director of Admission and Recruitment Communications will develop strategy to increase student awareness, inquiry, application completion and enrollment for Western University of Health Sciences. Utilizing email, SMS, print, and website content, the incumbent will work across units, with a diverse pool of faculty, staff and students to create compelling and actionable messaging that resonates with potential students looking to enter the health sciences field. The Director will oversee the recruitment communications team, while also contributing to the creation of communications. Additionally, in partnership with the centralized marketing and communications team, the Director will develop brand and performance marketing tactics to drive inquiries and enrollment for all colleges and programs.

2. Excellent computer skills enabling employee to make changes to html code, utilize various web editing tools and set up documents in Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Publisher and any other software program required for this position. Knowledge of SCT Banner preferred.
3. Ability to prioritize and successfully complete multiple duties while paying close attention to detail.
4. Skilled in making decisions with sound judgment.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree required. Masters degree preferred.
Experience: three to five years of experience with content management in a higher education environment
Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills enabling employee to make changes to html code, utilize various web editing tools and set up documents in Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Publisher and any other software program required for this position. Knowledge of SCT Banner and Technolutions Slate preferred
