Assistant Athletic Director for NCAA Compliance

Position Summary:
Monmouth University welcomes applications for its Assistant Athletic Director for NCAA Compliance role.

The Assistant Athletic Director for NCAA Compliance serves as the day-to-day liaison in regards to all compliance and eligibility matters. The incumbent will manage Teamworks Compliance + Recruiting, squad-list forms for all intercollegiate programs, coordinate initial and transfer eligibility, and monitor recruiting.

This is an on-campus, in-person, non-remote position.

Required Degree, License or Certifications:
Bachelor's degree

Required Skills or Software:
Must be able to utilize a variety of computer software programs in order to successfully complete assigned tasks, Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Must have an understanding of the University's concern for academics as well as athletic excellence

Required Years of Experience: 2

Other Requirements:

Background in research and writing of NCAA waivers and rules interpretations
NCAA Division I athletic administration experience
Student-athlete services administrative experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree preferred
Experience working with institutional financial aid
Experience in calculating scholarship equivalencies
Experience with Teamworks Recruiting + Compliance (or equivalent)
