What We Are Looking For
Baylor University is seeking an Assistant Director of Marketing Strategy to support the mission and vision of the University within the Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences. As a valuable member of the Robbins College Marketing and Communications team, the Assistant Director will support enrollment and recruitment efforts across the unit by developing and implementing data-informed marketing strategies. The Assistant Director will work closely with the Robbins College Director of Marketing and Communications on a number of strategic marketing projects and initiatives in alignment with college goals.
A Bachelor's Degree and five years of relevant work experience is required. Seven years of relevant work experience is preferred. A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of one another.

What You Will Do
- Plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with the Robbins College Director of Marketing and Communications to support enrollment goals and other college priorities
- Partner with department and program leadership to provide strategic recruitment and enrollment marketing support related to websites, emails, digital campaigns, print materials, and other communications channels
- Collaborate with the Content Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, and other Robbins College marketing and communications team members to ensure alignment of efforts
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven recommendations and decisions to optimize performance toward enrollment goals
- Partner with the Director of Marketing to manage relationships with external marketing and enrollment vendors
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
- Ability to comply with University policies
